Tonight was the 5th and final round of the ‘Alwoodley & Friends’ Rapidplay tournament that has been played out at fortnightly intervals over the last few weeks.
Alwoodley members took the first 3 places. Paul Johnson was Limewood’s highest scorer with 8 points from his 10 games. He missed gaining 3rd place by the narrowest of margins on tie-break.

Sylvan wins in 4NCL
Congratulations to Alwoodley member Sylvan Clarke. He was the outright winner of the U1700 section of the 4NCL‘s 6th online congress on the weekend of 26-28 March 2021 with 4½ points from a possible 5.
